A recording you can watch happen
Most people meet a podcast after it is edited. At CITS26 you can stand a few metres from the table while a founder works out, live, how to explain the year that nearly ended their company. Nothing is scripted, and the questions don’t change because there’s an audience.
If you are building something yourself, bring the question you’d ask if you had ten minutes alone with the guest. Some of those questions end up in the episode.
